What comes with my subscription?

Each box will contain 1 extra virgin olive oil, 1 balsamic vinegar, and 2 recipe cards.  The size of the product received will depend on your subscription.  

When do you ship?

All orders that include a subscription purchase will be sent out on the 10th of each month. Products purchased from the shop page as 1 time orders will be sent out within 3 days of purchase. 

What Payment Options are accepted?

 You can pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or paypal. We do not accept checks or money orders. If you have chosen the month-to-month subscription: You will be billed initially on the day you signed up with your credit card, and then the first of every month until you decide to cancel.
If you have chosen the 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year subscription: You will be charged the full amount upfront. After the segment of months, you will be charged again, until you'd like to cancel. 

What's your cancellation policy?

  You may cancel at any time from your account login. To cancel click the edit button in the "your subscriptions" field, and select the option to cancel on the bottom left of the page. You have the ability to skip renewals easily through your customer profile as well, allowing you to maintain your subscription according to your personal needs. Just click the edit button in the "your subscriptions" field and select the button to "skip next renewal". If you've requested a cancellation via email or through our support system they will be processed during normal business hours and thus we strongly recommend managing your subscription through your account to avoid any unwanted renewals 

How do I update my credit card information?

You can update your credit card information via the account page at any time. Just login to your account, and update the info under the "Credit Card" section.
